Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain BREO inhaler is a Steroid containing
Fluticasone Furoate and Vilanterol and steroid inhalation can cause changes in the Oral microbial flora that can very much lead to
Oral Thrush and it seems to be the most probable cause in your case..
Blisters and ulceration seems to be a side effect of the drugs
I would therefore suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of scraping or the lesion, Oral swab culture etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case if Oral Thrush is confirmed as the diagnosis, you can be advised to gargle with antifungal mouthwash like
Nystatin mouthwash..
Suck
Clotrimazole lozenges..
Diflucan can however be given that has to be taken orally if the other treatments does not work..
You can also take plenty of Probiotics like Yoghurt and Garlic in diet..
For pain relief Gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
