General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Gestofit is a hormonal supplement containing dydrogesteron which will most certainly help promote the pregnancy and also help to make conception more easily possible.

But I would have also preffered a regularisation of your menstrual cycle before asking you to start trying to conceive as your cycle is clearly still mildly irregular. Speak to your doctor about this, and if he/she feels it is fine then I wish you loads of luck and an uneventful pregnancy ahead.

Best wishes.
