hi doctor, i got pregnant in month of June because of no heart beat of baby doc have done D&C for me.so doc advice me not to plan for 6 month..now 6 month over we are trying to conceive but stil im not. so im going for treatment doc even checked the hsg scan everything is clear.even my period was irregular before marriage.but now every month i will get but late as 3days delay sometime 10days also.she told me to take Gestofit 200mg from 16th day of my period..wil this help to conceive.. please help im totally confused
Gestofit is a hormonal supplement containing dydrogesteron which will most certainly help promote the pregnancy and also help to make conception more easily possible.
But I would have also preffered a regularisation of your menstrual cycle before asking you to start trying to conceive as your cycle is clearly still mildly irregular. Speak to your doctor about this, and if he/she feels it is fine then I wish you loads of luck and an uneventful pregnancy ahead.
Best wishes.
