Hi Mam, I m mother of two kids and both are Cesarian delivery. My last delivery was 1.5 years back and now I have joined gym recently and i just want to know if i leave the gym, shall I put on double weight again? and my body structure will be unshaped. I M scared. Plz clear my doubts.
