Will PCOS Cause Any Infection During Sexual Intercourse?
My friend (Female) told me that she he having PCOS from 3-4 years. I am concerned whether this will result in any infection to me during sexual intercourse. I will be using protection but does it have any infection in physical touch with her. As I gathered the information ,it mag cause pain during the intercourse,does it impact her normal vertility life ?

No PCOS will not cause any infection in you even if you didnot use any protection. Poly-cystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a common female reproductive system disease & not an infection. In PCOS ovaries of females becomes divided in cystic cavities. It is due to excess of male hormone androgen in females body.
Yes the female may have problem in conceiving or getting pregnant, but this occurs in advance cases only. It can cause irregular or no menstrual periods, heavy periods, excess body and facial hair, acne, pelvic pain, & other related problems. Since it is not a infection so it will not spread to you. therefore you should not worry about it.
PCOS may cause pain during intercourse. But mostly pain during intercourse is caused due to low vaginal lubrication or vaginal dryness. If you face such problem you should use lubricants during sex
