proteins, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and starchy tubers. in my opinion this is not a balanced form of diet and since it contains lot of spices so you might be getting the symptoms of Flushed Sweating Nauseous. in my opinion you should not stick to this dietary pattern and should decrease the spices in it. You can also have fresh fruit, or a fruit and veggie smoothie for breakfast. Include some mixed nuts or nut butter in your smoothie for additional protein. i think with this plan you will have no difficulty in taking this diet
