Will STD Spread Through Unprotected Oral Sex?

hi im a 22 year old female who performed unprotected oral sex to my new boyfriend 5 days ago. He claims that he does not have and stds, but he has a history of multiple sex partners that he may not know much about!! what are the chances of me getting an std? should i be worried?

Thank you for query.There are always chances of acquiring STDs if any of the partners have multiple sexual partners and routes also.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.please consult your doctor if you develop any of the symptoms also if you want to rule out HIV.
