Will A Boot Camp Affect A Kneel That Has Burning And Tearing Feeling?

Hi my left outer kneel has a burning, tearing feeling when I bend it or workout. I do a boot camp 3 to 4 times a week and try to ignore the pain will this cause more damage to the knee by doing that? I don t want to stop working out the instructor tells me to come earlier and do extra stretches, I still have to try that but should I keep working out with the pain? It feels sometimes like it is healing then I bend maybe to fast and the pain comes back it is a weird experience.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The burning and tearing feeling that you are having could be due to an inflammation or reduction in the knee joint lubricants. This needs an elastic knee brace for support and proper supplements.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
