Suggest Remedies For Depression And Anxiety Attacks

I leave for boot camp in 5 days for the USMC as a musician as my MOS. About 2 months ago I started feeling very depressed and have been having anxiety/ panick attacks like no other. I've seen doctors for the problem and gotten blood tests done but i don't know whats up. I wan't to do boot camp but I don't wan't to go and start having panic attacks or something. What should I do????

Thanks for putting up your query in health care magic. If i had similar patient in my clinic I would have started with medication for same and continue them for 6 to 8 months before tapering them and stopping them.Also i would have suggested him to do deep breathing exercises and yoga for faster recovery.Hope my answer was helpful to you.
