Will A Repeat Surgery Succeed?

hi i had done a tympanoplasty and it failed (the eardrum colapsed on the osicular chain) and a ringng sound occured after 2 months scince the surgery .it's driving me crazy do you think that it will disappear after the second surgery if it's done correctly?

Hi Thank for asking to HCM.
Success of revision surgery are less as compare to fresh ear surgery. But if it is done by good otologist result will be good . You also need to find out reason for perforation & failure of 1st surgery . If it is due to repeated cold , sinuses problem , throat infection you need to correct first.
