Hi I used to masturbate 2 times a day and hardly it takes 30 sec to release sperm kne it has become habitual for me to hand shake then only I used to get a sleep please help me out is there any problem if I mastubate daily I am gna get married in 4 months and I can t control my masturbution Please tell me will it effect my sexual life with my partner after marriage
