Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had ectopic pregnancy, and got operated, for 12 weeks, no periods, but having pregnancy symptoms.
If you have unprotected sex there could be another pregnancy, other wise there will be no possibility of continuation of the previous pregnancy. The pregnancy test also negative. So you need not worry about it,still you doubt, you can have blood test H.C.G. and ultrasound scanning.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods,to keep you comfortable.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
