Welcome to Healthcare Magic Cracked heels is due to callus formation due to improper footwear and prolonged standing. Also fungal infection can be associated. You can use KRACK cream and even Calosoft may help but this Calosoft will only make skin moist. You can use pumice stone to remove most of hard skin. If there is very thick hard skin it is best removed surgically by Doctor. To prevent this from happening again you have to keep applying moisturiser and take bath regularly. Use soft footwear. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water to hydrate your skin. Exercise daily to improve good blood flow. Use Lactocalamine or Calosoft daily on that skin as well.
