Will Chemotherapy Help Stage 4 Lung, Liver And Spleen Cancer?
My father (aged 74) has stage 4 lung, liver & spleen cancer. He feels very sick all the time and eats very little. He has lost loads of weight and is quite weak. He is being offered cheom. Is it too late for chemotherapy and if he has it will it improve his quality of life

If this is malignancy and your father is 74 years old then he may not be tolerate the chemotherapy and this may not be advisable and in my opinion this condition can be manage with conservative measurement, hope this helps
