HI DR, ive been prescribed citalopram 10mg to control anxiety and i im also taking metformin twice a day for hormone imbalance, ive lost some weight since ive started metformin and aiming to lose more.. will citalopram increase my weight ? thank you

Citalopram will increase your weight but not to an extent that u would become over weight. Diet control is enough to negate the affects of Citalopram. Continue taking metformin and exercise as well
