Will Collection Of Semen Spilled Over The Stomach Give Correct Results In The Semen Analysis Test ?

I am 30 years old and eager to have a child. I went for semen analysis and found the following report : Viscosity : Normal Colour : Whitish ph : 7.6 Quantity : 4ml Fructose : Positive Sperm count : Nil I collected the semen which was spilled over my stomach in the lab container for analysis. Is this correct ? Should I go for test again? If yes why

It is difficult to tell from this report whether the sperm count is "nil" meaning none or zero or "nl" meaning normal. You will need to get clarification of the report from the lab that did the testing. If it is normal, no further testing is required. If it means nil or zero, repeat the test for confirmation.
