Will Concussion Lead To Pale Lips And Intense Headache?
I was in a car wreck last month and had a bad concussion. Today, my dentist noticed that my lips turned from pink to white when he was working on my teeth. I experienced vertigo and an intense headache during the visit. It s been six hours since I was at the dental office and my lips are still very pale and I ve been feeling nauseous. Is this normal?
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Your symptoms might be due to "TENSION HEADACHE / CLASSIC MIGRAINE . Usually, migraine headache presents with nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, dizziness & pale skin etc. Also any medications used in the dental clinic might trigger the attack of migraine & it's features.
I advice you to, 1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans 2. Neck massage 3. Relaxation & Stretching exercises. 4. YOGA 5. Have Caffeine drinks 6. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
