Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that culture and sensitivity is sufficient to test candida but it is not routine for trichomonas to culture. But your doctor had given you a treatment of metronidazole that had cured you for trichomonas. Only problem right now with you is candida vaginitis. Cutlutre and sensitivity give you confirm diagnosis as which candida species had caused you infection what antifungal agent is effective against that candida. It will be sufficient for you to take complete course of that antifungal agent. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
