Will Doing Cardio Exercise Plus Body Building Help In Reducing Weight ?

Im 19 years old and I am 95kg. I want to reduce my weight. Time being im goin gym and doing cardio exercises. Now I want to know weather doing only cardio exercises is better or doing cardio exercise plus body building will make me help in reducing weight and having good body as fast as possible.

Thank you for writing to us. Congratulation for your dedication. The best method is combining cardio with weightlifting. You will not only lose weight but also sculpt your body and have an awesome physic. Use treadmill 15-20 minutes with 7,5 and then do weightlifting and at the end cardio too for another 15-20 minutes. Combine the exercises by day. One day leg and shoulder, one day chest and biceps, one day triceps and back. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. You will build muscles, and they burn more calories even just sitting down.
