Will Endoscopy Help To See Current Status Of Stomach?

hi i have done endoscopy last year. result was gastric mucosal prolapse + in esophagus and deformed bulb in deodenum part 1. i have been in proper diet and clean habits for one year and i feel 95% improvement now. can i go for endoscopy again to see current status of my inner parts?
