Will Exercising In The Gym Have Any Adverse Effects On Health?
What are the side effects of Gym? I ve recently joined gym. So far it looks good, I m gaining strength and Stamina. But what would be the side effects, if any exist. Also, my working hours are like 2 PM to 12 PM. So I sleep late and get up late at 9 AM. I finish gym by 11 and have food at 11:30 after shower. Will it have any adverse effect on my health?

There isn't any harm to your health physically or mentally if you go to gym. Gym is a good routine and a healthy activity. It's good that you are gaining strength and stamina. Start with Cardio exercises first and slowly switch to weight lifting. But don't go so heavy in weight lifting. People go so heavy once they join gym and once muscles are buid up they ( due to any reason) leave the gym and get a floppy belly and loose muscles. That is bad. Keep a good balanced activity and continue it in the long run and there will be no harm.
Keep good hydration and take plenty of fruit juices and salads.
