Will Exposure To Bleach Fumes Affect A Toddler?

My two month old son was in my master bedroom while I was cleaning the bathroom. He was sleeping in his crib near the bathroom while I started to clean mildew with bleach. I had forgotten about the fumes till they started to heavily affect me... How can the bleach fumes affect my son?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to hcm,
i really appreciate your concern,
First let me know about what amount of bleach got inhaled by the toddler?
give plenty of water to baby.if Quantity of bleach was very small then need not to worry. you can also use milk which is the first option
Bleach and other cleaning products might damage the lining of lung cells, causing inflammation and making it easier for infections to occur but occurs only in severe cases.
please let me know if you have any further queries.
thanks. regards
