Will Fetus Be Fine After Having Crackers And Gatorade After Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?
I am 32 weeks pregnant and had had severe pains in stomach followed by vomiting for about 10minutes then painful diarehea. I slept for about 4 hours afterwards and am now awake feeling better. I have ate some crackers and kept down some gatorade...is the baby ok?
It seems you had diarrhea due to some infection but have now recovered. The episode was a short one and you are not giving history of fever so maybe the infection is recovering now. Please see if the baby is moving properly or not. If it is giving 3 kicks in an hour or more than 10 in 10 hours it is doing fine.
Just keep up your hydration and eat a soft diet or clear soups today. Do not eat outside food or drink outside drinks. Use plain water for hydration or use thin lemon juice.
Do not worry if the baby is moving it is doing fine.
