Will Fordyce Spot Scars Disappear With Time?

I have had fordyce spots for about 3 years or so. About 10 minutes before i found this site one of those bumps was swollen, looked like a pimple, and was painful to touch. I popped it and the size has gone down but its still easily noticeable and slightly painful. Will this go away? I'm really worried about this.
