Will Hearing Bone Replacement Restore Hearing Capability?

I have had the three hearing bones removed because of a cholesteatoma but still have a perfectly functioning inner ear. I can hear but it is a moderately severe loss. How much would a hearing bone replacement cost and is it likely to help restore my hearing?
