Will Hydrogen Peroxide Hurt Ear In Case Of Eardrum Perforation?
I put hydrogen peroxide in my 13-year old son s ear because I thought his mild hearing loss was due to wax buildup -- it caused intense pain and appeared to have gone all the way down to the middle ear. He was hit in the ear playing basketball today -- which may have ruptured the eardrum (I think) -- will the peroxide hurt his ear if drum is perforated?

Hi hydrogen peroxide will not harm the inside ear, but not advised to use it. Don't worry. please consult the doctor to check the whether the ear drum is ruptured or not.
