Will Hyper And Hypothyroidism Come Together?

I had my thyroid removed 8/28/12. Been on synthesis generic . First 150 , now 137. My energy levels go up and down. So tired one minute, hyper and can't sleep next. Colds and then got. Sometimes anxiety attacks. Can you have both hyper and hypo at same time? And I gained 6 pounds this last week in 4 Weeks!

Dear user, hi! you are talking of symptom fluctuations. hyper or hypo can be decided only on the basis of your recent blood reports , so let me know that so i can tell you whether you are hypo or hyper. symptom fluctuations can be due to maby other factors, like your mood, your health status, your co morbid conditions etc. regards!
