Will Increase In SGPT, SGOT And Alkaline Phosphate Levels During Pregnancy Affect My Baby?

hi! its shivali i am 36 weeks pregnant from last 15days itching is there in my body.
i had lft and it shows increase in sgpt sgot and in alkaline phosphate sgot is 105 sgpt is98 and alkaline phosphate is 940. does it affect my baby anyway? what should i do my hb is very low its 8.4.

While it is normal to have an elevated AlkPhos during pregnany, it is NOT normal to have an elevation of the other labs that you mentioned. This could be related to serious problems such as "cholestasis of pregnancy" or "preeclampsia". You must contact your doctor immediately to review the significance of these labs and discuss timing of delivery. This is potentially very serious.
