dr. ihave an increase in my lymp node,i had the antegen cancer test done and it was 95 in sept and then in october i got the gout and my uric acic got high, the itook the test again and it wnet up to 250 and uric acid went up a a long with the antigen cancer test to 275 is this related to the increased/

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have multiple enlarged lymphnodes. It can be due to reactive lymphnode, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma. You should go for lymphnode FNAC or biopsy. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.

For high uric acid and gout, you should take drugs like xyloric(allopurinol).
Avoid protein diet.

Please give me name of cancer antigen you get tested.
