Will Intake Of Regestrone 5mg Prevent Early Pregnancy?

Hey doctor I have unprotected sex and my date also not came in scan I found early pregnancy will regesterone 5mg will prevent from early pregnancy as I am un married. I am very much in stress. I have started taking regesterone from 4 days. Will it prevent early pregnancy.

Regestrone is not used for medical abortion or prevention of pregnancy so you should not use it on yourself. There are other appropriate methids for abortion and you should consult your gynceologist.
Regesterone is progesteror used for regulatng periods.
For medical abortion, mifepristone and misoprostol tablets are used if you want ormonal abortion and other method shold be discussed with your doctor.
