Will Intake Of Turmeric In Addition To Chemical Medications Lower Sed Rate?

Hello. I wish to take natural turmeric (my household spice) for a high sed rate. I also take various chemical medications (not warfarin/Coumadin). If it is safe to take my household turmeric,How much turmeric should I take every day to try to reduce the inflammation in my body?

You need to check if turmeric has any interaction with any of the drugs you are taking. As for taking turmeric supplements, they are good and will do nor harm....only as long you are sure that there is no interaction of turmeric with the drugs that you are taking.
