First line of treatment for menstrual abnormality in PCOS is Hormonal contraceptives. These generally regulate the cycle by preventing ovulation process. Other line may be to use progesterone only hormonal pills to induce periods due to secondary amenorrhea. In your case, as you are having a baby, therefore, hormonal contraceptive seems a better choice, as besides treating your period irregularity, it may also provide a spacing between the two deliveries.
