Will It Heal On Its Own If Burnt Tongue,throat, Roof Of Mouth After Eating A Hot French Fry?

I just burned my tongue, roof of mouth, throat, etc with a VERY hot french fry. Instead of spitting it out, I don't know why my mind let me swallow it. Can you please tell me if I need to worry or if it will heal on its own? Will my throat swell or do I need to worry about infection? Thanks so much!

don't worry, it will heal by itself.if it is still burning u can apply clenora oral gel, have soft diet which is non spicy . cold milk, ice cream will also help.
