I am 26 years old and have been suffering from polycystic ovary since 7 years. I have irregular menstural cycle which goes upto almost 6 to 8 months without periods. I have recently started my treatment with a reputed gyneac and she had put me onto duphanston for 3 months which resulted in periods every month and i was very happy. Then she has put me on to gyceaphage 750 mg. Due to the irregular periods i had put on loads of weight. I am 80 kilos in weight and have done every possible thing on earth to loose weight but all in vain finally my doc has asked me to go for a liposuction procedure which i will be undergoing this month on 16th. My question is will liposuction benefit me in regulating my hormones overall? I was recently reading about thyroid symptoms and i have most of them but will check it in next two days. My second question is if i have a thyroid problem will liposuction help my body to naturally regulate thyroid?
