Hi, i am 40 year old lady with 2 children. I have more fats on only arms rest body is perfect. Wanted to reduce them as soon as possible. Started taking Medari syrup and capsule and also do regular workout. Please suggest me will Medari will work and reduce the fats at biceps and triceps?

Now, since you are planning for spot reduction, you may need to concentrate and do particular exercise to reduce that part along with muscle toning exercise.
