Will Medicines Taken For Body Swelling Post Delivery, Harm The Breastfed Child?

hi I just wanted to find out, my sister has just given birth, during the pregnant she has been swollen all over the body.now the baby is a week and ahalf old, but the swollen don't seen to get any better. what could it be. the Doctors there aren't explaining to her well about the cause of the swellin. they just prescribed her with the following medicine.:
1.Lansoprazole
2.pregnisolone
3.Captopril
4.Amoxycillin
5.frusemide
6.metronidazole
.7.Wafrin
8.spiroholacion
she is taking all these together.My question is since shes breastfeeding wont that cause any harm to the baby. and also what are they normally used for.

lanzoprazole is used for treatment of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.it should be used with caution while breast feeding.
pregnisolone is anti inflammatory or immunosuppressant agent.use with caution during lactation.
captopril is used in hypertension,heart failure,myocardial infarction,diabetic and non diabetic nephropathy,,use with caution in breast feeding.
amoxycillin is used in infections of ear,nose,throat,GI tract,skin,soft tissues,lower respiratory tract.its safe in breast feeding.
frusemide is used in edema due to heart failure,hepatic cirrhosis.renal disease,nephrotic syndrome,hypertension and pulmonary edema.
metronidazole is used in amebiasis,trichomonas vaginitis,to prevent post operative infection after bowel surgery,giardiasis,gingivitis,dental infections.can be used during lactation.
warfarin is used for prophylaxis and treatment of venous thrombosis,pulmonary embolism,thrombo embolic complications associated with cardiac valve replacement.safe in lactation.
spironolactone is used in edema,hypertension,heart failure,diuretic induced hypokalemia.it can be used during breast feeding.
