Will My UTI Based On Urine Culture Get Cured On Its Own?

I have had numerous UTI S and I requested a copy of my last lab report, 1) for vaginal culture, and 1) lfro urine culture, final report on the urine culture was Morganella MorganII, b colony count 30,000, but no antibiotic was prescribed. Can I get over this on my own?

Thnx to contact us. I understand your concern.

If I am your treating doctor I advice you that urine culture with colony count of less than one lac is not UTI. It wont requires a treatment. Morganella morganii many a time isolate as a saprophytic organisms or Laboratory contaminant . So if the colony count is less, it is not UTI and treatment is not required.
