Will My Baby Be Alive If I Have Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi,im anna 2weeks 4days pregnant i have blood but not too much brown colour, im scared thats why i go direct see doc..the doc do ultrasound and she tell me my baby no cardiac and not healthy she tell me my baby is died so i need to do abortion, but i not believe this month 24,25 april i have litle blood, then doc give me duphaston 10mg this 27 of april till now my blood stop. It is posible my baby still alive.. Or i need to see another doc for second choice but i scared if do again ultrasound if have side effect for my baby..pls answer me thanks

Generally at 6 weeks pregnancy, the baby with heartbeat should be seen.
The scan should be done vaginally, not abdominally, as abdominal scans are not reliable.
Also, continue taking Duphaston and you can repeat the scan after a week.
