I have no hearing in my right ear after having an inner ear infection which resulted in my ear drum rupturing.
There is constant leakage of yellow fluid from my ear and when sound does come through is crackles and sounds like a broken speaker.

Hi. You have middle ear infection with perforated ear drum. First let your infection be treated with antibiotics and decongestant drugs. Once the infection refuces ear becomes dry then yoyr ear drum will start healing. It takes at least 6 to 8 weeks for ear drum to heal.
But if your perforated ear drum is from more than 6 months and if your ear keeps on leaking then you may need surgery to close your ear drum.
Do consult doctor for this. But don't worry things eill be fine.
