Will My Kids Be Diabetic As I Am Type 1 Diabetic Patient?
iam type 1 diabetic and have 4 kids my youngest son is 18months and i randomly check my kids blood sugars his was 145 a few days ago and today about 2 hrs after eating his sugar was 172 is that high for a baby or should i be worried he is devoloping type 1 diabetes?

I understand your concern.Yes,there are 50% chances of your kids becoming diabetic if you are suffering from type 1 diabetes as it is carried through genes to some extent
.
But it will not manifest in such young age.I would advice you to not to do repeated blood examinations on your baby at this age.It usually manifests in teenage.
No need to worry.If proper and regular insulin treatment is taken for it, it is managable.
