Will My Penis Heal On Its Own After Frenuloplasty, Given The Redness And Blister-like Bumps I’ve Experienced?

I had a frenuloplasty last week (6th Dec). After removing the dressing a day after, I cleaned my penis using savlon and applied Soframycin for next 3 days. Now my penis seems burnt, red and few small blister like bumps on it. Its been a week of discontinuing savlon & soframycin, but there is no as such noticeable improvement I am worried, will it get healed or not. My urologist says just wash it with plain water daily and it will heal on its own
