Will Partial Facial Numbness Caused By An Accident Heal?

I recently had an accident, where the top and left side of my head recieved impact. I have no swelling and a lil bruising in that area. My question is from the outside of my left eye to the bridge of my nose, and down to include 3 and a half of my upper left teeth has no feeling, will it get better?
