Will Pneumonia Be Transmitted From One Person To Another?
Hi, my son just got over walking pneumonia and just finished his 10 day antibiotic. But today, I have developed a really bad cough, my lungs hurt and there s an intermittent sharp pain in the long area. I had a slight fever and a very soree throat. Could I have caught pneumonia from my son?

I have read your question and understand your concern.
If your son had walking pneumonia which is caused by Mycoplasma pneumonia, and is potentially contagious. as you have got symptoms of Pneumonia so you should better see your doctor for a Chest radiograph and Blood counts and Cultures. Meanwhile you can use 2 tablets panadol three times daily with steam inhalation and a cough suppressant having clomiphene citrate.
