I also had a stage 2low grade adenoma in my colon 4 years ago. Feel really low I an waiting for hospital appt 8 week bbc wait . Is bloating connected to rectocele am also suffering moderate incontinence
Yes, rectocele can cause bloating. You are advised to take antacids and PPIs to control acidity and gastritis. Take boiled food for a couple of days. You should avoid spicy, oily, junk food. Maintain healthy weight. You are advised to do Kegel exercises under a Physical therapist. You should avoid lifting up heavy weight. Prevent constipation to help control incontinence.
Get clinically examined and evaluated by a GP/surgeon. You may have to get a vaginal pessary inserted to support prolapsed organs. Your treatment will depend on the degree of vaginal prolapse. Your treating doctor may recommend a surgical procedure called posterior colporrhaphy (POP) commonly used to repair rectoceles. Get treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
