Will Removing Tonsils Affect Singing Voice And Vocal Range?

I believe I need to have my tonsils out. Will this affect my singing voice and vocal range. I do a lot of singing and I don't want to have a negative outcome after recovery. I've also heard you can have a radio frequency ablation done on your tonsils would this be a better option for me??

Hi and thanks for the query,
Tonsils really d not have nay thing to do with voice or the vocal range. the voice and related function have to do mainly with the voice box (larynx) and vocal cords in there. You really should not be bothered about the effect of removing the tonsils, especially when well done. Kind regards
