Will Renal Insufficiency With A Cold Normalize When Urine Output Has Reduced?

I m in the latter (but not final) stages of renal insufficiency, over the last 45 days my blood glucose level has averaged 134 with a low of 93 and a high of 195, and an A1c of 6.2. I have a cold and over the last 2 days my urine output is dwindling down to hardly anything. Will things return to a more normal after this cold?
