Will Rubbing Vagina Externally Break Hymen?

Hey. Im 24 y.o girl, never had any intercourse, but sometimes i feel aroused and musturbate myself. Yesterday was sixth day of my on going periods, but i was so much aroused that i rub my vagina with a pencil. At the end i had bright red blood on it and pad , though i had external rubbing only. And i am having pelvic pain anx back pain since then. Pl tell if u have broken my hymen.. Me worried.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Please do not use unsterile external objects on your genitals as it can result in infections.

External grinding cannot result in the tear of the hymen, but the bleed and other symptoms suggest against it. It would still not be accurate of me to comment on whether or no the hymen was ruptured, this can be done only with a physical examination. But should either way not matter or be an indicator of determining your virginity, so please do not worry.
