I am 28 weeks pregnant. Just over 10 days ago I tore the annular part of a disc in my lumbar spine. I ve been exercising up to this point, but do have a previous back injury in the same area, in which I compressed a lumbar disc, and have suffered from SIJ dysfunction ever since. I also have scoliosis. I would like to give birth naturally- will this damage my back even more? Or is it wiser to have a C-section?
HI Well come to HCM The severity of clinical condition is matter looking to over all clinical history given here normal delivery would be nice although pangs some times causes little compression on spinal disc that would be the matter of concern and some time this condition could prevent the normal delivery, hope this information helps.
