Will She Get Strep Again After Taking Antibiotics For A Month?

My daughter has swollen tonsils, gray/white tongue, a raw bottom and losing her voice. She recently completed two rounds of antibiotics. One for strep on her bottom/uti the other because the amoxicillin didn t clear up her uti. Could she possibly have strep again after being on antibiotics for a month

Hi...yes the possibility of getting a streptococcal infection does exist. Amoxycillin is a penicillin group of drug and resistance to penicillin is known upto 5 to 30% depending on the country of your residence. So there is still a possibility.... If you are happy with my suggestion, kindly rate and thank. I wish you good health.
