hello doctor, i am 26yrs old. I have accumulated lots of fat in my thigh & butt region, also in the abdomen area.I am 5.1 inch & weight around 59 Kgs. I am married , planning to concieve some in feb/mar of nxt yr. I want to start skipping to loose some amt of fat content from my body
My question to you is : Will i be able to loose fat by doing this exercise( skipping)? Will skippimg affect in any way for me to concieve in future??

Hi, Skipping of meals can affect your health and wellbeing in many ways.. As a Nutritionist I will never suggest to skip any meal.\ You should eat healthy and exercise regular to lose weight . Drink 15 glasses of water every day and end your day with a cup of green tea. Regards, Taru
