Will Small Amount Of Methamphetamine Show Up In A Drug Urinalysis?

Yes thank you. I have a drug test this Friday possibly at 2.00 pm. I smoked a very small amount of methamphetamine last night at about 2.00 am. What is the best thing I can do to hope pass the test. I have not used any meth prior to this for about one year. It will be a urinalysis. Do you believe there is a possibility I may get a positive result
